CurrentSupply Planning Optimization – Led HP Personal System’s new supply planning optimization engine• COVID drove unprecedented supply and demand imbalances. In response, a mixed-integer goal program optimization engine was developed that allows HP to provide implementable supply plans to manufacturers. • Generated innovative analytics that reveals high-impact opportunities for further constraint mitigation and demand shaping. The optimization engine is unique in the flexibility and speed with which it can be expanded and tuned to account for evolving business logic and multiple objectives. Data Science- Created scalable framework to calculate large sets of correlations & regression models. • Developed multi-dimensional heat maps to visualize & communicate insights of billions of combinations of statistical measures resulting in efficient data discovery and decision trade-offs in an executive dashboard.Network Optimization-Led several cross-functional network design and routing investigations often presenting directly to the VP & SVP level. Analyses considered end-to-end costs including inventory optimization.• Formulated a novel container routing algorithm delivering $1M+ savings / yr. while reducing congestion.
