I ensure that the Relocation sector at FINK is able to support the dynamic needs of the biggest multinational players to help move employees around the world. Responsible for sales strategy and business development. Some of my responsabilities are:1 - Partner with industry and business leaders, companies and other cross functional partners to understand the needs of the business perspective and enable business outcomes while influencing decisions aligned with FINK's global mobility standards and processes;2- Drive the Global Mobility strategy and roadmap to ensure our national and international assistance in Relocation, immigration, tax policies and practices are aligned with the industry's practices to achieve the desired customers experience;3- Oversee the design, administration, and communication of mobility programs globally, including vendor strategy and policies and practices;4- Manage and collaborate with our external tax, legal and relocation vendors, ensuring appropriate level of service is provided to our customers;5- Manage, drive, motivate and lead a team of global mobility and immigration specialists;6- Advise on global mobility-related activities such as short and long-term assignments, domestic or international relocations at all levels, including executives, as well as tax implications;7- Provide thought leadership for global mobility at FINK by staying updated in industry standard processes and benchmarks;8- Conduct regular benchmarking of FINK's programs and practices to evaluate practices and alignment with our strategy;9- Enhance communication and effectiveness of Relocation processes;10- Partner with legal, tax and Payroll teams to ensure our programs are compliant while monitoring legal and regulatory environment to proactively prepare for changing landscape;
