As the Full Stack Development Team Lead, I spearheaded an innovative project focused on creating the next major talent management tool for companies. This ambitious endeavor aimed to revolutionize how organizations identify, attract, and retain high-caliber talent. Our multidisciplinary team was committed to developing a robust, intuitive, and highly customizable solution that met the specific needs of companies across various industries. We leveraged the latest technologies and agile methodologies to ensure a secure, scalable platform that delivered an exceptional user experience. I was extremely proud of the progress we made and looked forward to sharing more updates as we approached the launch. We successfully transformed talent management in the corporate world.

This period marked a significant peak in my cryptocurrency career as Getty/IO evolved into Klever. My focus shifted primarily to backend development for several key products introduced by the company, including Klever Bank (currently suspended), Klever Swap, Klever Prices, Klever Blockchains, and the flagship Klever App.During this time, I played a pivotal role in backend development across various systems, with the exception of Klever Swap. My journey included a crucial transition from Node.js to Golang, where I not only learned but fully embraced the Go programming language. Golang quickly became integral to my work, driving the backend development of key projects and solidifying itself as my preferred language. This transition allowed me to leverage Golang’s performance and simplicity to deliver robust and scalable solutions.A major strategic decision during this period was the migration from React Native to a native solution. I took the initiative to develop the iOS app, dedicating 3 to 4 months of focused work before returning to backend development.However, I faced a challenging period while working on the backend for Klever Swap, as personal and family issues arose that impacted my professional performance. Despite this, I was determined to recover. After a period of reflection and personal growth, I successfully reintegrated into the backend development of the Klever App. It was during this phase, reinforced by my deepened expertise in Golang, that I rediscovered my passion for backend engineering.This experience not only rejuvenated my career but also reaffirmed my commitment to this field. I am proud of the progress I made, both professionally and personally, and I look forward to continuing to contribute to innovative and impactful projects in the future.

During my tenure at Getty, I was involved in various projects, with the flagship being TronWallet. This innovative decentralized wallet was designed to seamlessly interact with the blockchain interfaces of the Tron network, embodying the essence of secure and efficient cryptocurrency management.After approximately a year, we realized that TronWallet alone wouldn't be able to achieve our ambitious goals, which led us to seek expansion into other blockchains. At that time, TronWallet already supported more than 20 blockchains and had reached over one million downloads on Android and iOS platforms. It was at this pivotal moment that the concept of Klever was born, marking the beginning of a new venture.

During my time at Pandô App, I worked as a full-stack developer, using React Native for the mobile frontend and leveraging Postgresql and NodeJS for the backend. In this role, I was responsible for designing and implementing screens for the main application, which served as a High-Value Goods Tracker. Additionally, I contributed to the implementation of various backend features and executed several database queries to enhance the functionality of the application.

During my internship at The Latest, I had the valuable opportunity to lead the development of the Android application, which became an essential component for the company's main news website. This experience was crucial in gaining a deep understanding of the inner workings and dynamics of American startups. I could witness up close the innovative and agile approaches that drive these organizations, while also honing my skills in Android app development. It was an incredibly enlightening and transformative experience that undoubtedly shaped my perspective on the fast-paced world of technology startups.

During my time at AIESEC, I had the gratifying opportunity to facilitate the exchange of foreign students with my university, UNIFEI. This experience provided valuable learning about leadership and teamwork. It was a moment of great personal growth, during which I developed communication and empathy skills while helping make these students' academic and cultural experience possible in our country. Teamwork also played a fundamental role, as I learned to collaborate with colleagues, volunteers, and partners to successfully achieve our goals.
