I work as Performance Director and Founder of Dive Mídia. Through Paid Traffic, we seek to unlock the potential of our customers' businesses, increasing profits and building a digital presence. I founded the company with a view to bringing transformation and innovation to companies and projects, since many businesses have an excellent service, but are still not available on digital channels.

I've been one of 50 outstanding students selected between 7.000+ candidates to represent Brazil in the United States. I developed and worked into activities related to Global Leadership, Enterpreneuership and International Relations.

Together with a team specialized in startups and innovation, I was able to develop strategies, business models and partnerships related to entrepreneurship, marketing and business. The startup aimed to serve as a bridge between the job market and students in need, due to the difficulties arising from the pandemic in 2020. During the project, we were able to establish international partners, who helped students financially, with the aim of guaranteeing them Internet access and digital devices.
