Passionate for beer ,tech and environment.I have started in the brewing industry in one of the biggest brewery companies in Portugal, which produces volumes of 450 million liters per year. Here, I gained experienced and skills that allowed me to pursue further more in the brewery industry.Since I arrive to England, I have been a consultant in some microbreweries, by improving the breweries and helping them creating a market plan. I also helped them with creation of new recipes and flow diagrams.In my current role as a Head Brewer and Manager at a microbrewery in Coventry, I have been responsible for developing and improving the brewery and now we are one of the best breweries in the county.In these past two years, I have won some competitions, such as blind paring beer with cheese, best beer in a festival and several SIBA awards, like overall champion, 4 gold, 8 silver and 3 bronze in two different counties, gold at World beer awards, and 2 gold and one silver medals in the EBC ,European beer challeng I also have been a SIBA’s and homebrew club jury and lately I was invited to be a jury in the Beer World Awards. and EBC Because I am always improving myself, these past years I had done courses such as, general certificate in brewing and fundamentals of brewing and packaging on IBD, HACCP level 3, beer steward from beer academy, small craft beer course and workshops in tasting beers and in enzymes,etc, and currently MBA
