 In charge of the company's engineering department. Responsible for the creation and development of mechanical projects (SolidWorks) of vertical mobility products, focusing primarily on accessibility platforms. Standardization of products and internal administrative processes. Implementation of the quality department. Realization of cost and feasibility projections and planning. Use of management tools such as SWOT analysis, 5W2H, Pareto Diagram, among others.Main results Responsible for developing and standardizing products such as accessibility platforms and elevators. Responsible for the 6x increase in the company's production capacity without new hires. Before, an elevator had an average manufacturing time of 2 months, after process improvement up to two complete pieces of equipment were produced per week by the same team.

I helped in the creation of the first project of the State University of Maringá focused on the Aeronautical Engineering field. I was responsible for the project supervision, vehicle development reports for SAE BRAZIL AeroDesign competitions.

Member of the first management team, which aims to develop an off-road vehicle since its creation, detailed design, construction, testing, and participation in national competitions.

I assisted the organization of the event, held by the Academic Center of Mechanical Engineering in partnership with several local and national companies.VI CIMEC was the first event to bring together all the engineering departments of the universities in Parana/Brazil, with 505 participants, and aimed at Engineering 4.0 theme, a new concept.
