What I do: (2019-2023)LEINN (Entrepreneurial Leadership and INNovation), is an innovative degree, created by Mondragon Team Academy (MTA) and run by TEAMLABS, is a different way to learn and to improve personal and professionally. The education methodology was created in the 90s in Finland by Johannes Partanen, founder of Timiiakatemia.As soon as you reach the University, you create a real company with your team, (18-20 other students that now become your business partners), a legal umbrella for the development of our projects and the perfect ecosysatem for our financial, management, entrepreneurial and leadership skills. This real experience is reflected in the requisites to advance from first to second course and so on, the team-company has to reach certain goals (KPI´s), those come in a variety of ways; ➡BUSINESS KPI’S, real revenue and profit we have to get from our projects, 2.500€/person in the first course, 7.500€ in the second and 15.000€ in the third (in the fourth course we begin the startup process, a mentored process of acceleration that ends with a startup or an intrapreneurial project inside a company). There are also other business KPI’s we evaluate, marketing, client service design, sales, client management, product development... ➡KNOWLLEDGE KPI´s, it is challenging to summarize a whole methodology but two of the most important ones are the following;-OBV´s, (Off the building visits), there are 3 tipes, validation, exploration and sales visits, with the lean method in mind, we validate hypothesis, explore new niches and we sell our products and services, there are 50 each year, 150 total.-Learning paths, you decide you want to learn, who/where do you want to learn it from, then you apply that new knolledge to your projects, reflect that learning in an essay and lastly you present that knowledge to your teamcompany, there are 9 each year, 27 total. ➡TEAM KPI´SOne of the key values that this degree has is that we are constantly giving us each other feedback, there also a dialogue culture and that causes an acceleration in personal growth raising the level of maturity of the LEINNER.✈️ Something that stands out is that we do 4 learning journeys, (1st to Finland, 2nd to San Francisco/New york and in 3rd grade to india and china for 3 months) we travel to develop a global mindset, know other cultures, and to tests ourselves in other enviroments but it is not tourism, we have a certain number of KPI´s and other objetives fixed in every learning journey.
