Main achievements:• Negotiation with new international suppliers (food, non-food and capex) achieving savings of 20%.• Centralization of purchases to international suppliers, achieving up to 10% price reductions.• Optimization of the Group's rebate policy with a positive impact on cash flow in the countries.• Alignment of the expiration dates of countries' local contracts for the execution of international RFQs.• Strategic agreement with a Central Purchasing Organization in Europe for the outsourcing of non-critical categories. • Management of the Group's G&A reduction projects achieving the savings set by the Management Committee.• Management, within the Group's ESG plan, of projects for a more sustainable supply chain. • 3 consecutive years achieving the business targets agreed in international contracts.

Responsible for leading the supply chain management transformation process towards a new culture based on operational excellence (LEAN management) and the digitalization of key processes (Category Management/Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Catalog Content Management, Operational Procurement, Invoice Verification, Supplier Collaboration, Supplier Lifecycle Management/Registration, Supplier Evaluation, Reporting/Spend Analytics and Mobile Procurement). Domain Leader of the SAP Project for the Supply Chain area. Main achievements:• Homogenization of commercial master data allowing benchmarking between countries.• Definition of financial and non-financial indicators and their governance model.• Digitalization of processes, achieving 80% automation.• 40% reduction of administrative workload in Operations. • 50% reduction of inventory differences and 25% reduction of product wastage in food & beverage.• Reduction to 6 weeks of the time to market for the launch of new products and promotions in Spain (S&OP). • Training and support for 50 key users in the areas of Operations, Purchasing and Finance in the deployment of the new management model, achieving improvements in 75% of the defined indicators.

Reporting to the CPO of Spain and with a network of 500 shops, 300,000 multi-temperature deliveries and 40 million kilos per year. Responsible for optimizing internal logistics processes (order processing, reception control, storage and stock control), external processes with suppliers (customer service, transport, invoicing and reverse logistics) and information management to reduce logistics costs and risks, improve the productivity of internal resources and the efficiency of supplier service. Main achievements:• Award of the RFP for the procurement of a 3PL platform with a saving of 25%.• 30% reduction in the number of deliveries per year without increasing inventories and reducing prices by up to 5%. • 60% reduction of the risk of obsolete stock with active return and promotion policies with suppliers.• Negotiation of service level agreements with strategic suppliers improving their effectiveness by 15% (SRM).• Implementation of EDI messaging (ORDER - INVOICE) reaching 70% coverage.• 25% savings in order processing time and stock control in food & beverage with the implementation of the scanner.

Reporting to the Director of the Group's most important business unit (120 M€ annual turnover, 1,200 employees, 45 Catering establishments and 15 Retail establishments). Responsible, with a team of 30 internal and 120 external employees, for the Administration, Central Cashier, Central Warehouse, Maintenance and Cleaning departments. Main achievements:• RFP award to outsource Central Warehouse with savings of 25% and service improvements of 50%. • Centralization of beverage suppliers on the new platform, improving the cost per kilo of the service by 50%. • Implementation of automatic payment collection machines to reduce fraud, allowing for a 3 to 5 percent improvement in the raw material index of the establishments. First project in the sector in Spain. • Award of RFP for subcontracting of cleaning and waste management services with savings of 15%. • 2 consecutive years improving the Unit's efficiency ratio reaching 15% optimization.

Reporting to the Group CFO. Responsible for establishing policies and procedures to maintain an effective organization including new international business in the US and Latin America. Key achievements:• Keeping structural costs in line with the Management Committee's target efficiency ratio.• Implementation of the Functions and Procedures Manuals, obtaining ISO9001 certification in Spain. • Implementation of the Functions and Procedures Manuals and Corporate Systems in the international subsidiaries in the United States and Latin America: Mexico (2005 - 2008), United States (2009 - 2011) and Chile (2012).
