- Work with PMs/PCs to setup new projects within the accounting system (BST).- Make changes to projects on system including new phases, budgets, rates, change orders, etc.- Close projects when requested by the PMs/PCs after reconciling WIP, variance and budgets.- Provide PMs/PCs support with timely and accurate prebills at month-end, make changes on prebills per Project Manager's instructions and generates final invoice on Netsuite- Identify and comply with special billing requirements- Assist local Project Accounting Supervisor in monitoring, reviewing, and correcting WIP discrepancies and collections.- Monthly cost reports for projects and assisting Project Managers to report monthly earnings; including reporting on project variances of actuals vs budgets, and updating forecasts.- Process CFDI on Netsuite

- Set frozen costs for all manufactured products.- Review BOM and Routers for reasonability. Report and follow up on discrepancies.- Oversee the preparation of all cost related analysis in support of manufacturing operations.- Review and correct as applicable, ECN and Rev to STD variances.- Present analysis/results of reviews/analysis to Senior Management.- Review productivity projects from cost accounting view.- Submit Journal Vouchers on SAP.- Make vs Buy Analysis - Review Zero Cost Report to set a root cause and action plan to cost materials.

- Reconciler for GR IR Account (Goods Received / Invoices Received)- Submit Journal Vouchers- Process credit corrections- Correct invoices with error account / Accept invoices- Work with procurement team to close open items- Approve Shipments (Verify the cost on the shipments)- Report key indicators and tracking for the open items (Set a root cause and action plan to close items)- Provide advice to managers from the financial perspective.
