Assist International Operations Department to operate the fleet in Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil, Congo and Gabon, it means to attend all vessel needs and requirements, attend Charterers demands, supervise the jobs to be performed according Company standards to satisfy the client.In Mexico in charge of the Armada Firman 3, this project was started by me and I’m still in charge of her operations, she is a DP2 75 m accommodation work boat for up to 200 men, the vessel working for oil major Pemex and chartered to a third party, initially the vessel was awarded for 2 years but due to her good performance she has been working during 4+ years, with a long term expectations. Attended Firman 3 docking along with Technical Sup. In Venezuela I was in charge to start the projects of Armada Tuah 84, Armada Tuah 85 & Armada Tuah 105 a 72 m anchor handling offshore support firefighting DP2 vessel, this vessel entered in contract with oil major PDVSA chartered by a third party assisting the platforms and drills. My job basically consisted to administrate, keep the vessel running for ops needed, after project started I trained a local base manager to keep the ops of this vessel. In Congo I was in charge to attend client inspections to keep the contract with oil major ENI chartered by a third party, my job scope basically consisted to work with crew to improve the aspect of the vessel and close out those critical issues highlighted by client in order to get the contract renewal, this job was successfully done and the barge still working in that part of the world. In Gabon I was in charge to start the project of Armada Firman 2 a sister vessel of Armada Firman 3 working in Mexico a DP2 75 m accommodation work boat for up to 200 men, with a direct contract with oil major TOTAL, the vessel continue successfully working in Africa, after the start of the contract I stay in Gabon checking the progress of the project then I trained a local base manager to keep the ops of this vessel.
