My goal is to be a part of Logi-technic and help the company maintain a good client relationship trough representing them with grit(t) My vision :- Everyone in a single company should be notified at one point about the skills of theire collegues and what they are working on. trough means of communication. If that vision would be accomplished, everyone will know what they are talking about when they have to fill in for one and another. (The importance of communication is underrated)- I myself have alot of people above me, and i work together with employees of different companies, they also have alot of people above them. if these 'higher placed' people would communicate more directly with eachother like we do on the work floor, there would be less misunderstandings among projects.
