Offering a portfolio of services directly focused on three main fields:- English Advisory- Insurance Advisory- Investment AdvisoryThe consulting service offered involved all three fields, but where most of the customers were needing help and where I started to developed more products was in the English Advisory.The main reason was because in the Dominican Republic we have a lot of people who finish an English course and most of them don't feel comfortable with what they already know, and they keep on looking for ways to improve their commandment of the language.The consulting agency has three (3) products:1- Grammar2- Pronunciation3- PhoneticsWhere all three offer follow up and support at all time.In the Insurance Advisory, I am assisting customers with the insurance company Seguros Banreservas, advising, quoting and issuing insurance policies according to the customer's needs.In the Investment Advisory, I am as well advising the customers with low budget to invest, in order for them to obtain the most profit out of their money, by acquiring the most profitable products according to their conditions and goals to achieve.

- In charge of the commercial department, responsible to accomplish the monthly sales goal in the Caribbean (Puerto Rico, Trinidad & Tobago and Dominican Republic), following up on the current clients, arranging meetings and visiting new prospects to offer our portfolio.- Handling of statistics from previous years to create new forecasts and grant more visibility on the industry at the time of approaching old customers not consuming our products by that time.- Providing further and immediate assistance on claims or any inconvenience the product may have shown either for mishandling of the material, misdone application of the product or any defect from factory on the material. Delivering exceptional service to procure long-term relationships.

- Responsible for the customer service department.- Support the commercial department as Inside sales. - Following up on customers’ needs and product requisition.- In charge of sending invoices after every shipment was dispatched.

As a customer agent my duties were to assist the professionals looking for the right interpreter, I was the one connecting both professionals (the party needing the translation for better understanding on his/her customers needs and the party offering his/her interpretation services) to have a successful communication.

During my stay here, I started as a ride operator, then was promoted to a maintenance agent, in the last position my duties were: to paint fences, sort bottles and provide support to the different teams with daily setup of the rides in the amusement park.

I was a customer service representative for a mobile phone company in the United States called Boostmobile. My duties were to assist customers with their services and hardware inconveniences, activating new accounts and providing information on promotions as well as on limited time offers
