I create and maintain web pages for the agency's clients.

- I develop components in React (Next.js) for the company projects that are reusable and reliable;- I deliver clean code with good documentation, be it on the READMEs or Notion;- I work with the QA and SEO teams to make sure all pages reach Google Web Core Vitals higher statistics;- I helped convert Javascript projects into Typescript, making them less error-prone and more robust;- I communicate with the Design teams effortlessly in order to help our Design System to grow and be fully implemented;- I follow the best practices of deploy and Git commands;- I use Kanban methodologies daily to better manage and deliver tasks;- I write unit and e2e testing (Jest) and deploy branches to stages, guaranteeing the CI/CD.- I help predict bottle necks in our processes and problems ahead of time;

- I invested more than 130 hours mastering algorithms, data structures, and other FullStack development technologies such as HMTL, JavaScript, Ruby, Rails and React.- Developed personal skills, such as soft skills, pair programming using Github, CI/CD processes, meetings (daily standups), and communicating with developers around the world.- I also learned to review less experienced students' codes, mentoring their entry into this world just as I was mentored before.

Helped increase several times the speed of operational processes in the agency by dividing the processes in clear steps, organizing exchange of information between departments and removing unnecessary bureaucracy from the flow. Before, opening an account would take 1 to 3 working days; after my work was done, it took 40 minutes for each account, sometimes less.

Created all types of web pages for several clientes, from landing pages to blogs.
