Currently, I am back serving as a Managing Director at COREFORV.Previously, I was Account Director for Latin America at OPIS, A Dow Jones Company and IHS Markit. Between 2019 and 2021 I was founder and Managing Director at COREFORV- a boutique firm that helps companies to start or grow their operations in Brazil. In paralel I am also an angel investor.With Eastman Chemical my last positions were Managing Director for operations in Brazil, Mergers and Acquisitions for Latin America and President - General Manager of Scandiflex - a subsidiary of Eastman that produces specialties plasticizers. I used to have statutory/legal responsibilities for 5 companies that were acquired locally and globally with diversified portfolio of specialty chemicals for a variety of industries.For 10 years I was part of the Investment Committee of Venture Capital Funds and a member of Eastman's former Business Development Division - Corporate Venures initiative, I participated in managing investments in VC Funds and direct investments in companies and startups focusing on Biotechnology, Sustainable Materials, Digital Transformation and Disruptive Business Models.At Xerox Corporation I hold several positions working with Xerox Industrial operations globally, IT & Engineering Systems infrastructure and Industrial Programs to produce Electrical and Electronics Products including a variety of software’s.I have a wide network / relationship within the chemical industry in Latin America and in industrial and commercial sectors in Brazil, acting as a member of the board of ABIQUIM, FecomercioSP and CNI. In addition to being associated with SINDIRAÇÕES, APLA, ASSOCIQUIM, ABRAFATI , GRIFI - Real Estate Fund Investors Group and ABVCAP - Brazilian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital - since its foundation and others.
