Lean Six Sigma Black Belt uses tools and methodologies to enhance the business and financial performance by systematically responding to customer needs, streamlining manufacturing and supply chain and/or quality processes, creating speed, eliminating waste and driving overall operational excellence.

The responsibilities included understanding capacity of the various processes, investigating quality incidents, finding root causes and performing corrective actions, supporting equipment and manufacturing line, reducing cost, productivity improvements, training production, administrative (work instruction, procedures, BOMs, time standards, ECNs deviations, etc), executing internal audits, and serve as the primary interface with equipment vendors for technical issues and coordinate new equipment installation. Additionally, employed Lean Six Sigma practices to identify projects that would successfully enhance operations at the plant level.

-Established new testing system, developed and created testing platforms, and implemented American National Standards (ANSI) increasing QC efficiency by 50%-Directly assisted customers with product selection, design, technical support, and RMAs and CaPAR- Trained staff on product lines, systems, compliance, and national standards and regulations- Modeled and created a short 3D animation of product applications

Researcher, photobiological hydrogen production and carbon dioxide mitigation Quantitative study of hydrogen production and carbon dioxide mitigation with genetically modified and wild strain algae 2nd Author of Radiation Characteristics of Microorganisms For Carbon Dioxide Fixation and Biofuel Production.Designed and manufactured bench top photo-bioreactor.

(Force Ignition Spread Testing;Provided NASA with a normal gravity test methodology that complement its existing material fire testing protocol and provided a relative ranking of material flammability.Tested a number of solid materials and found flammability properties which can be used to rank their fire safety performance in an environment expected in space facilities.Provided theoretical background and a few validation tests of the methodology with microgravity experiments.

Chaired and increased participation for the annual outreach program, Young Engineers and Scientists (YES) day. Headed the Winter Academic Training (WAT) to prepare lower division students for fall courses. Created study hours and restructured exam bank; increasing HES overall GPA.
