As store assistant I was in charge of customer service as a cashier, as well as supporting in keeping the store and warehouse organized, having this position evolved over time to a position of progressive complexity and responsibility. This served as an opportunity to develop practical direct communication capabilities with clients, as well as cooperation on different levels with a big and diverse team.

Taking place in a recently launched marketing company, my contributions consisted in the progressive development of the internal management and organization systems using ClickUp; development of the website using WordPress; management of the internal; and support in various tasks for clients.

This internship in an international real estate company consisted primarily of quality management of every property posted on the internal system and the website, guaranteeing that all relevant and legally required information was available to the client; management of online marketing; support in managing/coordinating the teams and individual support for each member; along with some smaller tasks.
