I have been in IT for a decade now and still love what I do, why, because there’s no better feeling than helping someone make their day better. Being able to help people with their technical difficulties and get them back on track to what they were doing is awesome! Most of my IT experience comes from help desk or remote technical support environments, but recently I have specialized in onsite support, helping me achieve a higher urgency level with a more personal and caring touch.
