Analysis of Customer Service provided to VIP customers, development of departments, guiding of CS to better resolutions and training/coaching of staff focusing in improvement of services.

I've been guiding customers due to general issues they may face in our page and providing best solutions possibly in our company. My tasks are related to guide and review customer accounts accordingly to documents provided and develop new groups of workmates, training them to do their best when in operations which takes me to apply tests and teach them about our company policies, how our product works and develop their learning skills.

I've been working as sales consultant and customer service - BPO / Inbound and outbound calls from customers. Selling and supporting E-commerce digital products. Digital solutions such as websites, webhosting solutions and services related to them.

We had learnt about what was appropriate to post and which contents are allowed in social media. As we had control of this process we had our daily goals and challenges to do our best keeping the social media a safer environment.

I was in charge of taking English classes and help the school with customer experience related to development of students and environment which they were exposed to keep them happy with our services

I'd worked for some hostels in many different departments and I learnt many activities about the management of a hostel/hotel.
