Pablo Picasso said "Learn the rules like a pro, so you can break them like an artist". So, let's just say I bring an artistic flair to whatever I do. I like understanding the inner workings of my role so I can understand which rules I must follow and which ones would be better broken. I am a firm believer rules should exist to help people, not chain them, so rules that fail to serve the context they are put in should be revised. I work my best when I'm assigned to find new solutions or different takes for challenging problems.I also believe that no one comes bringing nothing to the workplace. Their baggage, interests, experience and talents can be brought out in a meaningful way as long as people are willing to understand make an enviroment they can focus on honing their potential without distractions.Finally, I'm bold and experimental. I will always work better in roles that require me to be a trailblazer for that is where I thrive.
