Currently designing and implementing cloud based systems using Amazon Web Services, Java technologies and .NET C#.Below follows the main projects that I have worked in the last years: - Design and implementation of an autonomous customer service agent using natural language processing and machine learning. Currently available in portuguese only.- Design and implementation of a SAAS data warehouse system providing actionable business metrics to customers;- Design and implementation of a high-available and fault-tolerant SAAS chat based customer service system backed by NOSQL database; - Design and implementation of a SAAS customer service system on top of social networks (Facebook and Twitter).

- Developing integration systems using REST webservices and java JMS;- Planning and executing Performance Tests using JMETER;- Developing test infra-structure on top of Fitnesse Test framework;- Developing java EE applications using Struts 2(Spring MVC), Spring and JPA (Ibatis) for data persistence;- Developing an automatic tagging system using Information Retrieval Algorithms applied to Sponsored Links Advertising (Written in PERL Language)

- Developing java EE applications using JSF, Spring and Hibernate;- Designing business rules components (Brazilian Stock Market rules) using Enterprise Architect UML Tool.
