A área de People Analytics do Grupo NC foi criada para estruturar os dados, gerir a informação (reports) e gerar insights para a tomada de decisão, além de automatizar e simplificar processos. Eu estou no time deste o inicio e sou o responsável por:- Estabelecimento de premissas de indicadores e bases.- Criação e melhoria do modelo de dados (formato relacional para BI com fatos e dimensões). - Criação, manutenção e melhoria do ETL. A extração é feita com o uso de RPA (Robotic Process Automation) com o uso de Python (Bibliotecas Sikuli e Selenium), e o tratamento é feito com Pentaho Data Integration ambas open source.- Atualização de todos os reports gerenciais mensais (usados em reuniões mensais pela alta gerencia)- Criação de parte dos dashboards em Power BI e Microstrategy.- Desenvolvimento de analises pontuais para geração de insights.

Its initial product is the Rhino, a common pallet transformed into autonomous (does not require a driver). - Creation of the BOM (Bill of Material) - Rhino product tree. - Developed a system to control the stock and the production orders. - Defined a new production layout increasing efficiency in production. - Designed mechanical parts of the product, including a dynamic system that solved problems with "blind" areas, where the sensors did not have access. - Coordinated a small production team.

The project was developed by the partnership of Sebrae with CNPq that aims to introduce innovations and improvements in the management of small companies in Brazil.- Responsible for prospecting, adhesion and on-site monitoring of 40 small industries in the Machinery and Equipment, Metal Mechanics and Civil Construction sectors of the city of Campinas.- Has applicated Business Management Diagnostics in all companies, based on the MEG (Model of Excellence in Management) of FNQ (National Quality Foundation).- Measurement of the degree of innovation of the companies based on the innovation radar (a Sebrae methodology, developed based on an article of MIT Sloan Management Review).- Construction of the SWOT matrix to analyze the internal and external environments of the company.- Development of action plans based on the identified points in the diagnosis, radar, and SWOT, with actions focused mainly on innovation.- Support in the implementation of the actions assisting and accompanying the entrepreneurs monthly, solving specific doubts with the assistance of the consultants of Sebrae.- Elaboration and publication of an article and a case study using data collected from the 40 companies.

The PROE - Student Orientation Program, aims to support students by given extra classes, focusing on themes that the students have the greatest learning difficulty.- Has developed and ministered Physics I and Calculus I classes for FAJ's first year engineering courses. - Has development and ministries Mathematics and Physics for high school students of public schools in Jaguariúna.The project lasts 10 weeks per semester, and during these weeks has taught for 12 hours per week.

The Mogi Mirim unit produces transmissions for companies like General Motors and Mercedes-Benz.- Responsible for the project that optimized the last process of the factory, a visual inspection of the pieces produced, reducing by 30% the number of visual inspections. This project provided me a Lean 6Sigma Yellow Belt certificate. - Responsible for updating and daily analysis of Quality KPI's.- Assistance in responses for the customers on defective parts (including and updating the failure modes on FMEA - Failure mode and effects analysis and participation in 8Ds - Eight Disciplines for troubleshooting).- Assistance in the analysis of indicators of more than 4 workgroups of scrap reduction of production lines (Focus Groups and Green Belts).- Was responsible for part of the implementation of a PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) for an introduction of a new supplier of forged steel pieces.

A junior company formed and managed by students of the mechanical engineering course at UFSCar.- Founder of the Engrenar Jr. a junior Company, starting by gathering the necessary information for the foundation, with the others junior companies already structured of UFSCar. After that has presented the project for the students of the course, managing to motivate one group of 10 university students.- Structuring of the company (portfolio, status, organization chart, obtaining of CNPJ, creation of the internal procedures for prospecting clients and execution of projects, creation of the site and the recruiting and selection process).- Elaboration of the first project of the company.- Creation of courses of MatLab.- Participation in the 3M Entrepreneurship Competition, where we project adaptations for a low-cost wheelchair, in order to improve the mobility of low-income disabled people.
