This focus on development will be based on four pillars - social, educational, economic and cultural - that are interlinked in the sense that all will function interdependently, with the ultimate goal of promoting initiatives and projects that enhance economic growth and the cultural enrichment of the city, while contributing to the dissipation of social inequalities that still prevent many Setubal people from living in a situation of full inclusion.It is also in this climate of "inclusion" that we intend to encourage the participation of the entire population in the construction of a more just, sustainable and focused society in the future.
