I am a product designer, mentor and team lead. I’m passionate about solving tough customer problems by combining thoughtful research, clever technology and beautiful design. I currently work for Help Scout and have previously led design teams at Atlassian, Campaign Monitor, Skype, Sendle and a number of agencies in the Europe and Australia.I thrive amongst like-minded people and love working in teams in whatever capacity is required of me. I have deep knowledge and experience in designing products and services for different industries and users, and a proven ability to inspire, lead and mentor others. Above all else, I love to practice my craft — which means getting involved in as much design as possible.Having provided design services for agencies and product teams over the course of 10+ years, my experience broadly spans a variety of design disciplines. My specialty is UX/UI and visual design — and though I'm happy to play a part in any stage of the design process, my passion lies in the strategic, conceptual and visual development stage of projects — where I lead by example.
