About Pedro Lebre

I am Master Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro University, in Portugal. I did an international trainee program for 6 months in Cisco Systems in San Jose, California and I worked with Cisco Routers and Switches. I did some networking implementations and telephones IP configuration, VoIP, switching, VLANs, routing, TCP/IP. I also participate in "DemoLAB" project. Then, I was a trainee in Ericsson (for 10 months), Portugal, where I worked for some portuguese and Angolan costumers like Optimus, PT / TMN, Vodafone and Unitel. I did integrations, managements and analysis platform OSS / BSS and installations and upgrades of products of Revenue Management and Provisioning (Ericsson Multi Mediation and Ericsson Multi Activation). Now, I am Care Engineer in Nokia Siemens Networks, in Portugal. I do support for European Costumers with the platform OSS and NetAct, I also do troubleshooting, testing and implementing some scripts.
