Main achievement: Improvement of the MPD metric (Molex promise date – on time delivery) from 81% to 94% using and implementing lean manufacturing tools.-Analysis of customer demand and coordination of the internal supply chain to provide the finished goods on time and according to the established requirements.-Development and follow up of daily production schedule according to the facility capacity.-Coordinate actions to maintain metrics under control (lead time, safety stocks levels, productivity and customer satisfaction).-Participation in lean six sigma projects to improve productivity, accomplishment of published lead times, and finished good inventory reduction.

• Responsible of the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operations planning) analysis for the Juárez plant.• Coordinate the daily and weekly capacity review with the operations team to determine the production floor needs based in sales and forecast.• Analysis of the inventory levels in the distribution centers and provide recommendations and/or take the requested actions to minimize any E&O (excess and obsolescence) risk.• Direct contact with the corporate Customer Service Representatives for any escalation, commit request and/or special request.

• Development and monitoring of demand plan and forecast (Manage & maintain the master schedule).• Develop methods, such as planning bills, dependent forecasts, end item forecasts etc. that streamline the forecasting/master scheduling process. • Engineering projects analysis from materials and supply chain point of view to minimize their impact in the inventory and avoid material issues. • Communicate and recommend changes to planners, buyers and demand managers on critical material issues.• Coordinate the Engineering Change and Scrap Disposition Processes for assigned product lines.• General support to corporate objectives through effective management of inventories.
