Leader for the Inside Product Specialist team, that support all the transactional accounts in Mexico, selling and configuring the Dell EMC's portfolio for all the RTMs.Part of the achievements are: #1 in Servers during the last half CY2020 according to IDC, the increase in market share for Networking and entry level storage products (more than 50% is Dell EMC Entry Level Storage, according to IDC too) as well as the revenue of Vmware OEM.

I acted as a technical resource to support the Dell EMC sales organization and I was viewed as a trusted technical advisor for the customers during this time. I used the knowledge of the Dell EMC’s products and services to help customers formulate strategies and proposals according to their budget.During this period, I was assigned in different segments in Mexico supporting all RTM. In summary, I learned to:- Identify customer needs and requirements to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions.- Recommend appropriate solution and quote Dell EMC's Enterprise products and services - Run and follow up the proactive marketing campaigns, on the CRM, related to enterprise business - Work with the Systems Consultants to sell more complex enterprise products and solutions.- Assist in the on-going technical education and development of the team (coaching and mentoring).
