Customer Marketing Area

o Responsible of Glade (IAAF and Limited Editions products) and Ziploc nationally;o Analysis and action plans through internal and Nielsen data; o Development of point of sales, digital and influencers campaigns – Briefings, priority alignments, feedbacks and approvals; o Management of agencies; o Leadership of new products aligned with Project managers, Packaging, Supply Chain and Finance team;o Daily alignments with global team to assure priorities and Brazilian market necessity; o S&OP – Responsible for IAAF and Ziploc marketing inputs;

o Responsible for Mr. Muscle and Ziploc nationally; o Communication with sales team, management of commercial plans and monitoring category data (Market Share, Volume, Listing, Distribution, Price and assortment); o S&OP – Responsible for Mr. Muscle and Ziploc trade marketing inputso Development of market campaigns for consumers partnering with agencies; o Management of campaign budget monitoring target vs. actual; o Responsible new launches communication to the sales team – develop material, creating a story telling and how delight retails with the new products;o Development and implementation of Ziploc Bags relaunch in Brazil; o Responsible for the new Listing process;o Responsible for the promotional packs FY21;

o Support in the daily activities of the Home Cleaning Category: Inventory adjustments, PO´s (creation and control) and samples for customers and/or influencers; o Support in new products development (Home Cleaning Category); o Development of sales material (Catalog, Sales Kit, Broadside, FBS and etc.);o Support monthly analysis and development of action plans; o Brand website updates; o Update and analysis of new launches performance (Partnering with Marketing, Finance and sales);

o Prospect and identify business opportunities, develop potential contacts and approach potential clients;o Visit potential new clients to present G4´s services;o Bring new business opportunities and develop commercial proposals;o Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees;o Increase the level of opportunities with current clients;

o Identify commercial opportunities to expand the global reach of the company;o Provide market information for the company's strategic time, as major world events, market trends that influence in the company business;o Elaborate market research to raise contacts for visits;o Search for market events and other prospecting opportunities;o Create monthly reports to monitor business effectiveness and the evolution of these results.
