That helps us to better understand the failure process, to act in the solution of such deviations in search of better technical and financial indicators.Working with the maintenance and processes team in order to bring the plant to a world-class level of maintenance, through data collection through specific mechanisms and specialized management focused on solving non-conformities and improving processes.The development and implementation of customized predictive maintenance strategies for each type of equipment is contemplated, resulting in a significant reduction of unplanned downtime and increased operational efficiencyOur main objectives were the reduction of more than 57% of problems due to lubrication failure, problems that were previously reported and with that, preventive action was taken regarding the imminent failure and a schedule was drawn up for a more objective shutdown. for the replacement or repair of components, if necessary.It is worth mentioning the reduction of more than 60% in the justifications where certain analyzes could not be carried out for some specific reason, a reason that had been studied about and remedied with the efforts of each unit.After the collection, Artificial Intelligence is carried out, which integrates several predictive techniques to carry out more consistent analyzes and, consequently, the management of results. Focused to obtain an international experience on interpersonal growth, in Nov,2019 I traveled to the United States, where I stayed for a period of 2 years, being able to improve my language skills, resilience, adaptation to extreme situations and vision of the future. I started this journey through the state of Florida, where I stayed for 6 months. There I had the opportunity to learn better in practice the issues related to the country's native language, English. Also realizing that I could further improve my communication and interpersonal understanding.I also gained an immersion regarding issues related to culture, focused on respect, knowledge of the country's laws, interpersonal communication, strategic vision and entrepreneurship allocated for the local needs.After six months, due to the sanitary problem faced by everyone, I moved to the city of Hartford, in the state of Connecticut, a city located more in the north of the country, where the weather conditions are really felt by the residents, the summer gets to be great. heat, reaching 40 degrees celsius and the winter I spent, the sensation ends at -23 degrees celsius.In all these changes and learning, I saw myself in a new window of opportunity for intellectual growth, where curiosity and the desire to want more and more kept me ahead of the immigrants who lived there.Over time, cultural barriers no longer exist due to the rapid adaptation and learning was constant.My return was due to the validity of my visa, as I have no intention of being somewhere illegally, and thus being able to climb new opportunities in my area of professional knowledge!
