I currently work as a Knowledge Specialist at Trustpilot, where I contribute to the expansion, maintenance, and improvement of the internal knowledge base and online training courses. Before that, I fulfilled the roles of Content Coordinator and Knowledge Specialist for Duolingo, coordinating multiple teams, providing troubleshooting and other technical support for hundreds of contractors, and ensuring the delivery and upkeep of high-quality and user-friendly documentation.As for my previous experience, I have obtained a PhD and two MAs, published several academic articles in prestigious journals, taught languages and translated texts in many different contexts, coordinated youth exchanges and translation teams, and received awards for excellence and values.
