Pedro began his professional career in auditing at Deloitte, where he worked for five years . Then he moved to Palma de Mallorca, where he joined the start-up team of Viva Air , an airline owned by Lufthansa and Iberia. His participation contributed to develop an effective and efficient company that reached more than 500 employees. He participated in the establishment of a new framework for labor relations in the spanish non regular aviation sector .To adapt the transformation from a non regular to a regular operator company, he redefined the operational functions and management of the whole DirectionAfter more than 14 years in the world of aviation, responsible for the finance department, he served as Director of Logistics in the mobile phone company of Telefonica's Group . In response to the needs of the rapid growth of mobile telephone market, he served satisfactorily the integration of operations of commercial logistics with the operational efficiency of the communications network , achieving the continuous improvement of the quality KPI’s, as well as a significant reduction in the costs of delivery of devices through the distribution chain . Later he took over the area of Commercial Control in Sanitas, health insurance company, belonging to the British group BUPA .Then he worked as an independent consultant in regulatory compliance and business advisory , to finally take responsibility in MENTOR, with consulting and advisory projects , mainly in the field of air transport.Now, he is engaged in Jetco Express, a package delivery company, as responsible of control management and compliance. A new project where the use of air resources facilitate delivery on the same day, with really attractive prices, which nobody currently offers in Spain.
