The audit work included developing the work plan, implementation and completion of audit reviews of financial statements of companies and financial institutions, whether under local rules and different standards. Given the experience and acquired knowledge and analytical abilities gained I am able to evaluate and understand risks, both to the business objectives of the entities, perations and financial statements as well as the measurement of financial performance; and high level of understanding and evaluating the internal control framework and relevant operational activities as well as knowledge of key legal and tax aspects related to different industries. All these tasks led to use tools, methodologies, techniques and standards for professional practice globally. Other main activities are related to the preparation of accounting and financial reports for decision making process. · Tasks @ "Alpax" (Asunción ­ covering LatAm)Main responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial models, info memos, and other particular financial analysis executed to assess the value of businesses, companies, assets, project finance for a diverse client base (valuation of local and international companies). These tasks are performed using investment banking practices and financial methodologies (Corporate Finance Principles).In addition to the above, I perform and support analysis for financial restructuring processes, bonds issuance assessments, fund raising, general financial advice, applying practices and ethodologies of "Corporate Finance" used globally in the investment banks industry.
