Hands on experience in working with different types of burner management related components such as primary air mixers, secondary air controls, ignition systems, burner nozzles, pilot nozzles, motor valves, solenoids, regulators, soft start valves, thermocouples, orifice size and calculations, control board programming, system calibrations and electrical connections. • Responsible for instrumentation and control technical support, installs, upgrades or new construction services.• Certify Pressure Release Valve (PRV) Technician.• Familiar with glycol heat trace installations suited for remote oil and gas facilities where power is limited or not available.• Experienced with handling high pressure test equipment and related component including but not limited to nitrogen bottles, hydraulic pumps, high pressure regulators, high pressure quick connect fitting, and test bench set up.

• Responsible for daily documentation required to perform task such as work permits, JSA's and LOTO procedures. • Familiar with reading and interpreting instrument index, installation detail and P & ID. • Familiar with Honeywell & HART protocol; loop checks, calibrations or configurations. • Accountable for ESDV commissioning and inspection before returning to operations. • Responsible for basic QA/QC inspections on pneumatic loops, pneumatic components, electrical instrument device terminations, instruments device installs in respect its installation detail diagram, tubing connections, structural supports, electrical labels in respect to its electrical loop sheet, instrument tags and accessibility for operator display interface. • Responsible for mechanical support during commissioning and start up. • Experienced aerial lift operator including various types of man-lifts and scissors-lifts.
Instrument Fitter/Commissioning Support
• Responsible for instrument and control support during turnaround process including but not limited to existing instrumentation devices demo, retrofits or new installs. • Responsible for mechanical support during commissioning process, including tubing completions, instruments retrofits and communication link completions. • Troubleshoot point to point and multidrop mode communication connections. • Provide I & E technical support during turnaround process including executing tasks such as, preventive maintenance work orders, basic loop check and validate ESDV loops.
