During the last 20 years, I have participated in significant disputes process in or concerning matters related to: Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil, Ecuador, Canada, USA, France, Portugal, Netherlands and many others. I have also been appointed as arbitrator several times, in Caracas and London. I frequently publishes articles, books and chapters, gives lectures and participates in panels on international arbitration, contract law, and member of two ICC task Force on arbitration proceedings. He is also a founding member of the Venezuelan Chapter of the Association Henri Capitant and member of the Board of Directors of the Museum of African American Art in Caracas.
