I have an extensive experience in M&A, joint ventures, compliance, project finance and complex commercial agreements.Until the year 2020 I was a partner of Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal and head of Marval’s Compliance, Anti-Corruption & Investigations practice.I am the IBA Regional Representative Latin America of the Asset Recovery Committee and currently the Legal Director and Co-Founder of Esportunity, the social and professional netfwork of the esports. I was a Visiting Scholar at the University of California at Berkeley from 1993 to 1995 and received a master in laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1997. I was a foreign associate at the law firm The Americas Law Group in San Francisco, California, from 1993 to 1996, where I mainly advised US and Canadian companies doing business in Latin America.I am a regular speaker at international conferences and seminars on issues related of my expertise and a professor of the postgraduate program in compliance of the Catholic University of Buenos Aires.
