Led the Finance team for this Amazon start-up venture, reporting to the CEO of the business. This was a very broad standalone company CFO-type role, with the scope including ownership of the company's P&L and of all financial, funding, accounting, treasury, shared services and business analytics duties. We restructured the business (scaled it, quintupled selection, optimized lines of business, pricing, etc), took it "from 0 to 1", and subsequently integrated it with Amazon in what then became its current Industrial & Scientific store.
