I am Environmental Engineer. I worked in the environmental area for more than 10 years, with experience in different types of waste and by-products, technologies and techniques for their treatment. In 2017, in the Industrial area, I was a production supervisor at the battery factory at Exide Technologies (formerly Tudor). From there, I progressed to my current role as a MES (Manufacturing Execution System) technician, based on a strong IT component as well as continuous improvement. This position is quite dynamic, especially as it works with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. At the operational level, it integrates several levels of knowledge and information essential for decision-making. More recently, given the close relationship of some of my professional projects with Continuous Improvement, I had been appointed to be the Champion of 5S’s and TPM. In all the organizations, I performed tasks in different areas, namely production, maintenance, commercial and logistics, valuing a more complete approach to functioning within an organization. I have a Postgraduate Degree in Occupational Safety and Hygiene, which benefit to a safety culture increasingly practiced in a real work context. As a Professional Trainer, I did contribute to the enrichment of knowledge of the teams that collaborated with me, giving hundreds hours of training to develop competences of my team towards the digital transformation. I recently completed a postgraduate course in Lean Six Sigma, where I consolidated knowledge about continuous improvement, namely reducing waste and adding value.I am a resilient and dedicated person and very curious. I always adopt a progressive mindset when facing challenges. I know that knowledge has to be continually fed and that is why I invest in continuous flexible learning.
