I led three Programmes in public management. The first focused on managing economic development projects in municipalities in Rio de Janeiro, sponsored by SEBRAE-RJ and Instituto República, to provide municipal public leaders with advanced training in project management and leadership for the execution of strategic actions, assisting them in the development of projects that will enhance transformative changes in their municipalities. I was responsible for guiding the servers in the construction of projects that could be implemented and then I monitored the projects in loco. The second project was for a joint initiative of GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft Für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) with the EIB (European Investment Bank) as an implementing partner, it was focused on measures that promote energy efficiency and integration of renewable energy sources in a) Porto Alegre, with a photovoltaic panel project and energy efficiency measures in municipal schools; b) Maringá, with the renovation of the city's public lighting with replacement of LED and implementation of Telemanagement and c) Santa Catarina, with support for the reorganization of bus lines and implementation of electric buses. In these projects, I was responsible for structuring the project governance model, management routines, and organizational development. The third Project for UN-Habitat and Niterói City Hall, was to promote initiatives that reinforce transparency, accountability, and citizen participation so that the public policies implemented are more effective and in line with the population's demand, creating a more favorable environment to achieve the SDGs. I was responsible for the PMO of three projects. I guided the servers in the structuring and detailing of the projects, facilitating their implementation.

Municipal representative in the operation and execution of the Rio de Janeiro 2016 Olympic Games.Responsible for: - the interface between Rio 2016 and Municipal Offices to enable the execution of the Rio de Janeiro 2016 Olympic Games; - supporting the strategic planning of the Municipal services' integration in the Olympic Games context;the coordination of the Barra da Tijuca and Deodoro Olympic Park's disassembling to guarantee the preservation of the public property.

Responsible for: - the financial routine accounts payable and receivable management, and company's cash flow; - the control of default rates and for debt renegotiation (reduction of delinquency and credit recovery BRL 1Mi); - supervising Olympians foreign athletes during the Test Event (2014 and 2015); - negotiating and closing of events, such as concerts, musical parties, fairs, and launches; - negotiating and closing contracts with suppliers and customers.

AC Lobato was undergoing a restructuring process and had no interest in continuing to work on construction. The company was just interested in structuring new businesses and selling them or finding a partner to build. I was responsible to monetize the company assets acquired years before. During this period, together with the company's partners, we devised the best way to liquidate the assets. Some plots of land were sold, others we exchanged, others we approved projects and sell the Plots + ProjectI was responsible for: a) pricing, negotiation, and sale of a plot of land in Angra (Banqueta) and another in São Conrado; b) structuring an exchange with Calçada SA for development in Porto Bello, and all the management related to the exchange; c) structuring a high-end allotment in Angra; d) structuring a mixed condominium in Angra;e) monitoring the partnership with BHG for the construction of two hotels (Itaguaí and Angra).
