Engaging in international, multicultural projects has enriched my understanding of strategy and leadership, providing invaluable insights and skills along the way.Innovation and the passion for developing new products, creating value led me to feel project management in an intense way and to strive teams for excellence. Researching and developing products, processes and innovative solutions overcoming costumer needs are our team’s daily challenge.
