- Manage all venue workforce team (Paid staff, volunteer and Contractors)by applying Rio2016 internal policies, give support on RH subjects and anything related.- Build a post priorization plan for all areas within the Hockey Venue- Manage, create and deliver the VST (Venue specific training) for all workforce members (paid staff and volunteers) in the Olympic Hockey Center.- Work with Food and Beverage to manage the Workforce break area during Game's Time. Place where all the workforce team will have their break and eat.- Manage the workforce Check In - consolidate and deliver daily reports on what happened inside the venue during Game's time.- Receive direct tasks from the HQ based on new conditions and new plans- Be at the briefings and debriefings to receive and give instructions to the venue managers.- Worked in a daily, even hourly changing environment. - Control / data analysis using spreadsheets and ATOS system- Volunteer, paid staff and contractors frequency, training and hiring for Pre games and game's time.- Critical staff (Paid staff and volunteers) accommodation - manage and distribute hotels and hostels for Game's time- Contractor`s data delivery analysis: Staff and third party hiring, training and goals. Compilation of this material to powerpoint presentation to be delivered by my manager to the MOC meeting (general manager's weekly meeting).- Contractors Monthly Forums: Create, manage and organize the forums with my team. Consolidate all 43 area's presentations in one, revise formats and content, send invitations and manage all logistic involved (auditorium, sound and video, coffee break, finance balance and payment for the event)- Worked in a daily, even hourly changing environment.
