We look for customers especially in the maquiladora industry, providing jobs and machining automation. Participating in various projects for the maquila to solve problems and reduce scrap and rework, developing machinery and fixtures to achieve their goals.Our proposals are aimed at reducing waste, rework and accidents (SRA by its initials in Spanish).We also provide environmental services, collection, transportation and disposal of waste (hazardous and non-hazardous) and compensate the cost of recyclable materials such as cardboard, plastics and metals (CPM by its initials in Spanish).

-Design of security guards for crimping machines of AAMSA group.-Design of assembly works stations and electrical test works stations in AVONAUTO/CADIMEX.-Design tools and assembly stations for Hopkins Manufacturing de México.

-Made analyses of time studies on production process.-Redesign process and change lay outs according with the new Tack Time.-Balanced process on production lines.-Review and develop new products with Central Engineer in Northbrook, Chicago.-Analyses of customer complaints thru an 8D’s system.-Evaluation and disposition of the No-Conforming product.-Implementation of Corrective Actions in production lines.-Approved Engineering Change Notice in the SAP System.-Generate Visual Aids, update Manufacturing Drawings and submit the change with Design Engineers.-Continuous Improvement and 5S’s.-Working with my people to get the company Goals.

-On charge of 57 operators (1st & 2nd shift), plus 2 Universal Operators and 2 Production Coordinators.-racking and review the daily production plan to assure shipping on time.-Design new process map to reduce the Tack Time.-Control daily assistance of people-Involve on people training developing process to do it.-Review they assistance card and the Vacations Report.-Follow up the Training Chart of the Cell.-Complete different charts to publish them on the Monthly Report of the Cell.-Team Work to get objectives: Reduce PPM’s & Increase Productivity.-Responsible of the continuous development of the people.-Participate in a new product family process migration.-Developed and modify fixtures.-Changed the PC system and set up to reduce Tack Time.
