Senior Operation Geologist at the Geosteering Operation Center- Follow up the drilling operations for vertical, deviated, horizontal wells.- Guide the Directional Driller to Land and Geosteer horizontal wells (Reservoir Navigation) in a specific target zone by suing MWD / LWD and image logs.- Evaluate well plans; stop for coring and casing points; select Pressure test points and update 2D surface grids.- Report the drilling and logging results.

Being the performance a key factor for which the company participation in Horizontal Wells increased in almost 50% compare with 2014.The main challenge in 2015 was to help to build the local team because it was the first time UAE has a local team for geosteering. To get the customer’s trust in our work showing the technical capabilities to face new challenge in every job. Patient and the capability to work in high stress situation were keys to success in the task.
