Assigned to work in the absence of a regular teacher to aid students in understanding a subject matter, as well as to provide skills required for programmed lessons and purposeful training for the assigned course

Oversaw the ministerial, administrative, evangelistic, outreach, personal, social, and practical development of the Hispanic congregation to promote short and long-term spiritual growth and involvement in the local church mission

Provide targeted instruction in Math and Language Arts in grades K-8th utilizing engaging kinesthetic learning tools, as well as communicating with teachers to determine student accommodations and tutoring needs.

Facilitate the personal development of residents; develop a community and environment conductive to academic pursuit and personal development; and assume duties in the operational management of the residence hall.

Communicate with professor and tutoring coordinator to establish needs of students. Preparation of tutoring material and content for sessions. Assist students in comprehension of assigned material and teach them how to properly and effectively complete coursework.

Discuss assigned duties with professor of Theology Department to effectively prepare coursework. Prepare quizzes and other testing material for students. Grade assignments and input information into grading system online. Communicate with students to address comments, questions, and concerns regarding course requirements.

Processed library materials, including mending, stamping, labeling, applying book jackets, applying book tape, inserting security strips. Place books and other material on shelves in proper alpha-numeric sequence; empty book return bins and sort to book carts, shelving or delivery bins. Computer-related work, including simple data entry and formatting disks on PC; assist with maintenance of public computers by turning them on and off and cleaning screens and peripherals, i.e. keyboards, etc. Use the library's on-line databases to perform simple maintenance tasks; checking in/out books, periodicals and other library material on automated computer system. Assist with tasks related to keeping the branch neat & orderly, preparing for opening and closure of the facility; assist with meeting room set up and program preparation. Assist/direct walk-in customers; customer service.
