• Owner of purchasing for new Automotive Projects • Allignment with Engineering, Production and Operations teams to plan deliveries• Empowering relationship with suppliers • Create Trade and Supply Agreements during nomination of new suppliers • Control and tracking of logistics and transports from suppliers to our facilities • User of new MRP software and exploring it's capabilities: Microsoft Dynamics AX • Maintain the best possible flow between stock levels and production

• Involved in the opening of new business partners;• Control and supervise the flow between stores and warehouses, guaranteeing its provision;• Correction of process deviations;• Stocks Management to maximize selling ratios and profitability;• KPI’s analysis;• Control and motorize stock levels;• Seasonal leftovers management, analysis and negotiation.

• Financial audit accounts: Banks, Payroll, FSE’s and taxes;• Validation of invoices and its treatment according to legal and accounting standards;• Validation of internal controls procedures;• Inventory control.
