Strategy/Program Management:- Manages issues and leads the company’s engagement and campaign with Microsoft executives, related to corporate affairs, on a priority issue or area, strategies, and/or programs. - Contributes to and devises Microsoft’s policy agenda, advocacy strategies, and/or corporate citizenship topics for top priorities.- Recommends well thought-out courses of action, resulting in informed, consistent and responsive action on key strategic issues.Political, Policy, Business and Societal Expertise:- Gathers key information by analyzing external/internal data and relationship interactions, and sharing intelligence findings in support of Microsoft’s business objectives. - Is a proven thought leader providing regular counseling on policy, political and/or citizenship topics to senior management, related to specific product development or business plans. - Develops and/or recommends highly creative and relevant solutions for advancing Microsoft policy, political, and/or citizenship agenda, while astutely managing risks and consequences. Representing Microsoft:- Persuasively communicates Microsoft’s perspective on key strategic issues and garners the active support of external elites, which advances Microsoft’s public policy and/or citizenship agenda in several key areas. - Represents the company to external elites on strategic issues and skillfully handles objections.Internal Collaboration:- Serves as a strategic partner actively seeking to understand and/or support sales and market opportunities and to assist in navigating, minimizing or removing roadblocks in order to drive business results.- Acts as a subject matter expert for a large, critical project, and may provide direction to teammates or a cross-functional project team, or act as a project's spokesperson.

Responsible for Government Affairs management of Hungarian market.
