Working on the sole manufacturing sector since early 2000 my continuous goal is to create quality concepts with value for the final consumer - whether this is B-2-B or B-2-C.Used to work as a Product Development & Sales Director and to team up with the Customer Product Development Team. Having focus, enthusiasm and disruptive thinking as core pillars my contributions often come by connecting resources, perspectives, and capabilities to provide innovative solutions to today’s business challenges. With deep knowledge of manufacturing technologies and processes (rubber vulcanization, TPU and TPR injection, Rubber or TPU/ PU, Injected EVA, ESD and Antistatic Rubber Formulations) I am at my best with the new and technical stuff in footwear, both in mold making, material sourcing and development, sole design. I maintain close relations and presence with principal raw material producers, sole manufacturing machine developers and mold makers.Being an innovation passionate I integrate international hubs that gather Scientific and Technological National Centers, Customer Development Departments, amongst others. With an engineering background, a mini MBA from Catolica Business School and strong communication skills, I’m an experienced creator of commercial footwear concept and driver of projects from concept to finalized product.
