Undergraduate student at the University of Central Florida pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance. I am a Resident Service Coordinator at Progress Residential. My job consists of communication with residents, other departments within the company, and external institutions to ensure our processes are constantly improving and we are providing great service to customers.I work every single day with the mindset of delivering exceptional service to all parties I work with in a fast paced rhythm. Being excellent is a must in my work ethic, as I believe the key to being a great professional lies within the amount and quality of work one can handle and perform in a specific time frame. My greatest characteristic is being able to not only handle high pressure environments and situations, but performing at my best when mostly needed.
