- In charge of building up a new Payment/Credit Card acquirer in Brazil (start-up).- Led a comprehensive study on the rules and operations of major credit card operators (Visa and Mastercard), including marketing and financial analysis on major players (Cielo and Redecard).- Responsible for surveying and implementing the operation of a credit card transaction flow under the new regulations from the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN). - Delivered start-up of a new acquirer in record implementation time for the Brazilian market (10 months).- Major connection person in building relations with strategic banks by developing partnerships and mapping banking services.- Led the structuring of Financial Department, from Treasury (settlement process for merchants, cash flow control and cash investments), to Accounts Payable (accounting, processes and budget planning).

• Member of the business, structuring and management team for the Rio Bravo's Real Estate Investment Funds. • In charge of raising capital for the following funds: • Expansion of the Shopping Pátio Higienópolis: R$ 12.5 million • Rio Bravo's Corporate Income Investment Fund: R$ 109 million. • Real Estate Investments: one at R$ 20 million and another one at R$ 90 million • Took part in listing two Real Estate Investment Funds on BM&FBOVESPA aiming to enable the trading of shares on the secondary market. • Partly responsible for surveying new properties for purchase by the Real Estate Investment Funds.
