I never envisioned myself working in anything automotive because I was always lacking confidence when I was younger, but as time has passed moving up the rankings of Trainee, Service Tech, Crew Chief, and Service Coordinator, I can gladly say I have gained the skills and confidence to take on the world. Working with customers in need with the proper steps needed for them to leave safely, working with customers who have been scammed before gain trust in a shop once again by showing every single detail with zero to hide, are examples of how well this job has helped me grow in all skills.

At this job position I was able to learn communication skills in helping guests feel satisfied with their concerns. I was able to learn how to manually count the inventory products to update what the online pages had to offer. Aside from these usual sales associate tasks, I was fortunate enough to greatly assist guests in bilingual needs as I hold a Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish speaking, writing, and reading.

During my employment at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, I was able to learn how to balance the tasks of a first job and high school. Throughout my first weeks, I was trained by some of the very best and was kept up-to-date with comments and suggestions on ways to improve and be the greatest version of myself while working. After a few months, I had proven myself to be able to train the new employees and was kept at that position until my departure. Throughout this time, I would clean the restaurant to the greatest it could be before, during, and after company hours. Along with cleaning I also had to make sure customers were satisfied and content with their experience.
