Leading a team of 15 specialists supporting traders in the LatAm region.

Responsible for the total e-commerce and revenue management of 12 properties with more than 230 apartments.

The revenue team is responsible for the total revenue revenue management of 7 properties comprising a total of 816 rooms, 12 F&B outlets and a golf course.- Manage rooms inventory- Maximize revenue and profits for all properties- Responsible for building rates and packages- Determine pricing and positioning recommendations- Conduct analysis of all revenue streams- Maintain and audit all rate plans for all properties- Prepare sales strategy critique- Ensure all channels return proper availability and pricing- Explore opportunities to drive profit- Develop awareness towards a total revenue management mindset (F&B, Golf, C&B, Children’s Club, Leisure and Sports).

The team was responsible for the revenue management of 442 rooms and 6 F&B outlets.- Defining pricing strategies and creating rate codes/packages- Monitoring and analyzing account production- Developing new reports for better performance- Monitoring inventory and maximizing revenue- Maintaining all property/revenue management systems- Menu engineering and F&B strategy

- Head liaison and main point of contact between guests andall Hotel departments.- Overseeing guest arrival experience by establishing initial contact,confirming and creating amenities, greet and escort the guest to theroom.- Assisting guests with requests.- Adding and updating guest preferences in database.- Training and supervising lower seniority butlers.
