Responsibility and achievements Responsible for Maintenance, Engineering and Industrial Services in a Dairy products factory, with about 40 dependents directly and indirectly, reporting to Factory Manager and Regional Engineering Manager.  Coordination of all the areas related with Maintenance Management, including Packaging and Process Equipment, Automation and instruments systems, Industrial Services (Steam, Electricity, Water, WWTP, Fire protection network, etc.). Predictive and preventive maintenance. Technical warehouse management (stock controls, critical spare parts identification, importation substitution process, etc.). Maintenance Budget Management (3rd party companies’ budget, spare parts, technical office expenditure.)Preparation of CAPEX proposal and follow up of installations up to start up.

Responsible for Capital Investments (CAPEX) Projects Management in Pet Food production Factory,  Implementation of large Engineering projects (production and services buildings, Distribution Center expansions, New Production lines, etc.), with budget of about USD 40 Mio, using Project Management methodology (PMI). Budget managed: USD 15 Mio average during last 3 years.  Responsible for Maintenance, Engineering and Industrial Services in a Pet Food products factory, with about 40 dependents directly and indirectly, reporting to Factory Manager and Regional Engineering Manager.  Coordination of all the areas related with Maintenance Management, including Packaging and Process Equipment, Automation and instruments systems, Industrial Services (Steam, Electricity, Water, WWTP, Fire protection network, etc.). Retrofitting projects for obsolete electrical installations.  Technical definitions, Technical sheets elaboration, follow up on contracting and mounting supervision.  Definition and implementation of automation strategy (PLC, SCADA, Communications networks, etc.) New production line Project Successful Started up (2003), finished on time, and achieving quality requirements and defined budget.
